A leading supplier of Coffee Machines is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Business Development Manager. With specialization in hot and cold beverages machines, this company provides affordable and top-quality equipmentto businesses of all sizes across the nation.Job Title: Business Development Manager - VendingIndustry: Vending Solutions / Coffee MachinesLocation: LeedsSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic salaryAdditional Benefits: Uncapped commission (estimated additional £18,000), car/allowance, phone, laptop, and other perks.The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company during visits to new and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new business with local and national companies while managing key accounts with high spending potential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell vending solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes
  • Develop new business opportunities within commercial offices, hospitality venues, SME businesses, and blue-chip companies
  • Manage key accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Set targets & KPIs while implementing performance measurement procedures
  • Network within the industry by organizing events/exhibitions
  • Collaborate with the sales team on project management for new product introductions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets
  • Deliver presentations to the board of directors
Requirements:The ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least 3 years of Area Sales experience
  • B2B sales experience
