Job Description

Ductwork SupervisorLeeds£23,000-£30,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)Our client is a national leader in the air and water hygiene solutions industry with current contracts in high-security Government facilities and NHS hospitals across the country. Due to the recent increase in demand for their service they are looking forhard working duct workers/air hygiene engineers who have an eagerness to develop their skills and take their career to the next step.This is an exciting opportunity suited for an experienced duct worker with a good work ethic and communication skills to join one best air hygiene solutions teams in the country.Key Duties of a Ductwork Supervisor:

  • Inspecting and testing of ventilation system fire dampers.
  • Kitchen extract grease readings and filter cleans.
  • Deep cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors and all walls.
  • Writing reports of work completed in line with TR19.
  • Ductwork cleaning and disinfections in confined spaces and in accordance with TR19 and COSHH regulations.
Key Skills & Experience of a Ductwork Supervisor:
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
  • You must pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • You will have excellent communications skills.
  • You must have 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • You will be trained in confined spaces.
Normal working hours are 8.00am to 4.15pm Mon-Thurs and 8.00am to 4.00pm Fridays. There will be some out of hours working for instance night shifts which are 8-10 hours.
