Job Description

Trainee Air Hygiene OperativeLeeds£20,000-£26,000+ Benefits (Dependant on Experience)Our great client the largest independent company in its industry has over 35 years experience providing focused water & air treatment services to meet the needs of their customers. They take a proactive approach to compliance giving their customers assuranceand peace of mind.They are now looking for multiple Air Hygiene operatives to work to TR19 standards joining their Southeast team. This is a mobile position, so you must be happy to travel and get hands on with your work to be considered, but full training will be given attheir state-of-the-art training centre.Key Tasks & Duties of an Air Hygiene Operative:

  • Ventilation inspections and testing.
  • Ductwork modifications and access panels.
  • Completing fire damper tests and inspections.
  • Air quality monitoring and reports.
  • AHU inspections and maintenance.
  • Canopy and grease trap cleans.
  • To check work completed and take before and after pictures.
Requirements of an Air Hygiene Operative:
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential for this role.
  • You must have a full UK license & be happy to travel.
  • You will benefit from a good knowledge of TR19 and VH001.
  • You must be physically fit and happy to get hands on with your work.
  • IPAF, PASMA and CSCS cards will be beneficial for your application.
