I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established legal firm known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and client-focused services. They are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Housing and Regeneration (Litigation) Teamat the Leeds Office. This is a full time role working 36.25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00.This is a great opportunity for someone to join their Housing Team to progress their career and bring your current skills and knowledge to a collaborative and professional team. This is a fast paced customer focus role.The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:Creating accurate MMI reports for multiple clientsLiaising with other internal departments regarding client updates such as New Tenders, change of billing terms etcTyping dictationsSupporting the administration of financial proceduresSupporting advisors with case file administrationCalling courts arranging telephone hearingsCreating bundles in Bundle docs for issue / service / trialsArranging service with various process serversIssuing and processing claimsWriting correspondence to the relevant external partiesTo be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, experience and skills:5 GCSEs 9 to 4 or equivalent inc Maths and English Languageprevious experience working within administrative / secretarial role is essentialprevious experience working within a legal firm is essentialgood knowledge of IT systems inc Word and Outlookgood organisation and communication skillshave the ability to work as part of a team and be reliable and enthusiasticexcellent attention to detailthe ability to touch type would be an advantageThe firm offer a wide range of benefits to include 33 days annual leave (inc bank holiday) bonus scheme, ongoing training and development, service awards and much more.If you are interested and have the relevant skills and experience please submit your CV
