In this capacity, you will oversee financial transactions, uphold precise records, andoffer administrative assistance to the accounting department. This role entails full-time employment with prospects for advancement and growth.Responsibilities: * Accurately and promptly process accounts payable and receivable transactions. * Reconcile bank statements and ensure the precision of financial data. * Generate and assess financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.* Maintain cash flow reports. * Record financial transactions meticulously utilizing Xero accounting software. * Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or concerns related to financial transactions. * Assist in the preparation of tax documentsand financial audits. * Provide administrative support to the accounting department as required. * Establish and manage online supplier accounts. * Cultivate relationships with suppliers and customers. * Manage month-end journals and credit control.Required Skills: * Bachelors degree in accounting, AAT, finance, or a related field preferred. * Essential experience in a comparable role as an Account Administrator. * Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in utilizingXero accounting software. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Capacity to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with payrollprocedures desirable but not mandatory. * Proficient in IT.
