Can you be a reassuring voice at the end of a phone to listen and guide someone through their options and support staff togive the right support and guidance at the beginning of someones journey Can you lead a committed team working as first point of contact to help people turn their lives aroundOur client is the largest womens charitable organisation in Leeds and provides services for victims-survivors of domestic violence and abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage, trafficking, stalking & harassment and is the lead agency for two consortiums.They are looking for someone with a great attitude and emerging leadership skills who can maintain a supportive and empowering environment for all. You will be supporting the AAT Team Leader by delivering and overseeing the running their immediate supportservices via the telephone, webchat or face to face contact through the city-wide drop-ins.You will need: An understanding of Domestic Violence & Abuse The ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations Preferably some leadership experience. Values consistent with those of theirs and a commitment to diversity and inclusionThe closing date is Monday 10th October 2022.
