What are we looking forDue to an internal promotion, we are urgently recruiting for a Sales Manager to work for ourclient based in Lee Mill. This will be on a permanent contract with a view to submit suitable candidates for interview immediately.You will need to possess your own transport to be considered for this position.Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for:Managing a busy sales office and a staff of three sales administrators providing a high standard of support to our clients customers through order processing and technical support across the stages of the customer journey. Ensuring that the office KPIsare met and maintained whilst offering the highest standard of customer service. Ensuring all data relating sales calls inward and outbound is recorded and improvements made where necessary. All sales activity is made with established account holdingcustomerswith no cold calling involved.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will already have at least 1 years managements experience in a sales environmentand have an understanding on how to deliver the highest standard of customer care. It is vital that you have good people skills, a friendly personalityanddemonstrate the ability to motivate a small team.Benefits:
