Job Description

My client is looking for an accomplished and motivated Payroller to join its business. My client is a large national chain currently working from over 400 locations in the UK, and serving clients in Ireland, Australia, Canada and the USA.They service small businesses and individuals. Their local offices are in Larkfield and Paddock Wood. They have established processes in place, along with access to excellent ongoing training and technical support in all aspects of the role. They focuson utilising technology and enjoy using the latest techniques.They are a friendly team and growing! They also offer hybrid working arrangements.Responsibilities:

  • Managing client payrolls
  • CIS processing
  • Responding to a range of employment queries from their clients and from clients who run their own payrolls
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of payroll processing in a bureau environment
  • Experience of dealing with HMRC on PAYE and NI matters
  • Experience of / be familiar with CIS
  • Experience of Xero and / or Quickbooks
  • Ability to deal with clients and be comfortable explaining issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multitask
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Self-motivated and organised
