  • Day to day management and planning of the vehicle maintenance function, ensuring standards and targets are met.
  • Maintain and update all matters pertaining to the Smart analysis database.
  • Maintain and update all matters pertaining to the fuel manager database.
  • To keep records of work carried out as required using appropriate logbooks.
  • Health & Safety and Legal obligationsadherence to Company policies and procedures & ensure group H&S policy is implemented and adhered to.
  • Assist drivers with temperature issues.
  • Provide administrative and office duties for the fleet department, in all compliance issues.
  • Update and maintain an effective filling system for all tachograph records.
  • Monitor Verizon and act upon any warnings sent.
  • Report any health and safety hazards, defects or damage discovered during the normal working day
  • Compliance with current Transport Legislation
  • Collate required data for the Transcan KPI
  • Provide additional ad hoc administrative support when required
  • Ordering and managing of compliance supplies
