The team at Mendip Vale Medical Group (MVMG) delivers a Partner led service across North Somerset and Bristol. Serving well over 50,000 patients across 6 sites.As a high-achieving and well-organised practice, we embrace a Multi-Disciplinary Team approach to care provision.MVMG are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our exisiting, experienced Practice Nurse and valued Health Care Assistant team in order to continue to support the delivery of core nursing services and chronic disease reviews and management.The successful candidate will benefit from working with a high calibre workforce made up of over 40 GPs, 10 Advanced Practitioners, 3 Clinical Pharmacists and a team of First Contact Physiotherapists; as well as our team of Nurses and Health Care Assistants, all of which are supported by our fantastic Patient Co-ordinator and Admin teams.
