Job Description

Project Manager £30,000-£38,000What youll be doing:Youll be CoreBlues lead Project Manager and the go-to for technical build projects. This includes managing the full project cycle from preparation to delivery, as well as owning client relationships, team coordination and workload projections.Responsibilities includeProviding cost estimates, proposals, scoping projects, creating project plans and timelines, running risk assessments, and ensuring quality output.Owning the onboarding phase of projects, liaising with teams on delivery dates and managing client expectations. Keeping scope creep in check and managing regular scrums.Monitoring operations of projects including forecasting of resourcing, budget and burndown. Reporting to senior management on progress and profitability.Communicate with clients day to day, manage client expectations and be the go between for clients and the engineering teams. Representing the teams and the clients needs.Work with senior management to ensure the teams stay motivated, that the right tools are in place and processes are continuously optimised.The skills youll need:Firstly you need to be self-started with solid project management experience.Youll have experience running projects from start to finish, applying agile project management principles.Whilst you will have a team of experts to lean on, youll be expected to be driven and enjoy working autonomously. Youll be well-versed in leading teams on large projects with complex requirements and youll know how to manage client expectations whilstbuilding long lasting relationships.Youll have strong planning and organisational skills, coupled with the strategic mind to identify and communicate good ideas.Other requirements:

  • Strong people skills and excellent communication.
  • At least 2 years managing digital or technical projects.
  • Experience using agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • A fast learner who can retain technical knowledge.
  • A passion for technology and digital.
  • Preferably degree educated or have relevant digital qualifications.
  • A flexibility to travel to clients on occasion for some facetime.
