Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high growth AIM listed FMCG expanding across Europe, US and Asia. Through an extensive retail distribution network in the UK and internationally, their leading brands have a reputation for high quality and productinnovation.We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Group Finance Manager who is passionate about leading the finance team into the next exciting growth phase. Leading a team of 8 you will:

  • Lead efficient month end timetable managing for a listed AIM plc
  • Create key Management information, reporting and insights
  • Review Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Treasury management, including preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts and KPI metrics
  • Coach and develop the finance team
  • Strengthen and develop fit for purpose financial controls
  • Oversee year end audit with external auditors as key contact point
  • Drive system improvements within SAP Business One and other supporting tech projects
  • Cover for the Group Financial Controller when required in key meetings
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent) with at 5yrs plus PQE, gained in a multi-channel international business, have previously led and developed a team, possess a track record in leading and improving monthend close process, advanced excel skills and SAP experience would be a bonus.
