You thrive on asking the seemingly obvious questions, delving into users challenges, what capabilities they need, and how they expect to use our (or related)products. An excellent understanding of how to run qualitative and quantitative research/insight projects. Have a structured process for interviewing users or customers (youve probably done it before.) You are great at asking questions. Strong analytical skills and experience, giving you the ability to drive evidence-based product and design decisions. Contribute to all phases of research activity; from discovery, through planning, execution, analysis and the generation of actionableinsight (to inform hypotheses and test ideas). The ability to use data & analysis to draw conclusions from the information the company has available. The ability to learn quickly about their clients market, including penetration testers, security engineers, and software developers to understand their needs and choices. You dont have to have a background in penetration testing to thrive in this job,but - if not - youll have evidence of learning about a new field in the past. The relationship-building ability to partner with product and growth teams and help the team make the hard choices about where to invest in improving the product and the user experience.
