As a Barclays Technology Group Tech Risk Support, your role will directly support the Technology Chief Technical Office (CTO)/Group CIO Controls Business Partner Director, with all relevant activity part of the day to day controls partnership function.The Technology Controls Business Partner function is responsible for the development and maintenance of an effective governance framework across Technology CTO and providing technical expertise across the overall technology risk framework focusing on SoftwareDevelopment and Enterprise Architecture. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances What will you be doing Supporting the CTO technical controls function across the different areas supported by CTO Developing deep understanding of the processes involved across the change functions covering Technology Working closely with the Technology Horizontal Governance team Identification and escalation of risk issues within the supported organization Supporting Innovation function and specific initiatives across different risk areas Assisting the Technology teams with Regulatory, Compliance, Internal Audit and External Audit reviews What were looking for: You have a technology background, preferably as a developer or systems architect Excellent knowledge of Agile/SDLC Broad knowledge of risk and control processes (ideally within a Technology environment) Deeply analytical, able to review complex technical problem areas without previous experience Skills that will help you in the role: You have a CISA certification given the technical control focus of the role Broad knowledge of Technology Innovation or FinTech Industry Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as PPT and Excel and Teams Integration to support knowledge base development Senior role requiring senior stakeholder management and previous experience managing MD level stakeholders is essential Where will you be workingRadbrokeYou will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.
