Service Desk Engineer {Smart Buildings}Knutsford£30,000 to £40,000 + Company Benefits + ProgressionAre you a talented Service Desk Engineer looking to join the UKs number one smart building company pushing the boundaries of its field and offering unlimited technical progression On offer is the incredible opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to play an important part in a company changing the face of its industry with innovative technology and ideas. Providing a range of intelligent services to residential, hospitality and commercialbusinesses to created revolutionary buildings.In this role, the successful Service Desk Engineer will be providing exciting audio-visual hardware and software support to clients. You will be providing support via telephone or email to clients and conducting on site visits when necessary. You will haveaccess to additional training to push you skills to the next level and move into senior positions.This role would suit a Service Desk Engineer who has previous experience in the Audio-Visual technical industry and looking to join a forward thinking company at the forefront of its field. You will need a Full UK Driving Licence.The Role:

  • Provide 1st Line AV Support to Clients
  • Find Solutions to AV Systems and Provide On-Site Support
  • Managing Clients Issues and Logging Reports
The Person:
  • Experience as a Service Desk Engineer
  • AV Support Experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
