What will you be doing Providing engineering leadership and mentorship for the MCA UI community Building, managing and leading the MCA UI team of software engineers You will support & provide Form cross-functional and cross-discipline partnerships to drive engineering efforts You will dive best practice, strategy and innovation across the UI space Controlling quality through a keen focus on modern testing approaches and automation You will build, manage and lead the MCA UI team of software engineers What were looking for: Advanced JavaScript & Typescript experience Experience in component Testing e.g Enzyme OOP Experience and excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices Experience working with distributed teams Skills that will help you in the role: Continuous integration / deployment experience Experience of state management tools / patterns such as redux / mobx / recoil Experience with modern testing and e2e frameworks Excellent experience in TDD / BDD and associated methodologies Where will you be workingYou will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.
