* Health & Safety - Monitoring safety performance, to include accidents, incidents* Quality Assurance - Improve the reporting structures for Quality Assurance KPIs* Monitor DPA & UK GDPR performanceHSQE Executive Knutsford £24k Irlam Associates are proud to be representing one of the UKs largest and well-known courier & Logistics providers in their search for a HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment) Executive to join their highly successful Head Office team at their site closeto Knutsford.This is an extremely important role where you will be responsible for improveing the external and internal reporting within the HSQE department and to support the HSQE Manager with improving processes in line with company objectives. You will support warehouses,both managed and franchised offices in Health & Safety compliance and Quality Assurance, KPI tracking and Non-conformance reporting. You will also be charged with monitoring the company and franchise networks Environmental performance.Key Responsibilities: * Health & Safety - Monitoring safety performance, to include accidents, incidents & near misses.* Quality Assurance - Improve the reporting structures for Quality Assurance KPIs, particularly relating to Non-conformances.* Monitor DPA & UK GDPR performance* Ensure that company policy & process documents are kept up to date by maintaining a review database* Ensure that all Risk Assessments and SSW are reviewed regularly* Understand business objectives* Co-operate with your employer and site leaders to enable any legal obligations to be complied with* Bring to the attention of the Company Health and Safety Manager any perceived short comings in health and safety arrangements, situations or processes that you consider to be serious, or which may present danger to you or others* Do not undertake or request others to undertake any works for which you/they do not hold the required competency or authority to undertake* Any other duties as directed by HSQE ManagerKey Skills:* Excellent communication & engagement skills* To have the ability to work independently and towards strict deadlines* Attention to detail* Up to date knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation* Track record of implementing Health and Safety improvement initiatives* Good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload* Some requirement of the role is to travel to alternative locations and central headquarters to engage and drive H&S objectives.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great business with huge ambition & drive, and the commitment to develop and continue to grow which will offer continual development and progression for the right candidates.
