Job Description

CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVEKNUTSFORDUp to£40,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITSREED is exclusively recruiting on behalf of an innovative company who are passionate about their people. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established business who pride themselves on delivering amazing products and services.Reviewing and providing suggestions on potential improvements to our current processes, such as feedback, onboarding and recruitment. This may involve collecting information from colleagues (through surveys and focus groups), comparing our current performanceagainst our goals, suggesting areas for further improvement, implementing, testing and analysing outcomes.THE ROLE: Running culture focus groups and surveys. These need to be carefully structured to give us a richer understanding of our culture and how it is evolving by conducting statistical analyses. Supporting recruitment processes (i.e following up with candidates, psychometric testing, interviewing and onboarding new joiners.) Using an evidence-based approach to test for aptitude, personality and behavioural attributes that help employees to thrive in our collaborative culture, and identifying how these could be incorporated into our recruitment process.THE PERSON: Degree preferred, ideally people-related course (for example, but not limited to / Business Psychology / People Analytics / Social Sciences / Behavioural Economics) and are looking for a role that will allow you to use your knowledge in creative and innovativeways. You are able to think about culture questions from an analytical perspective. You instinctively question underlying assumptions and collect information to test these. You are inspired by how we have described our culture and our mission of nurturing it as we grow. You believe work should be fun. You are can-do and energetic. You are eager to deliver tangible value and see the impact of your efforts. You thrive on being busy.
