As a Barclays Risk and Control lead, you will be supporting the maintenance of wide Governance and Control across the Product Technology Portfolio. You will be ensuring programme delivery is underpinned with the correct adherence to both Internal and ExternalStandards, in addition to ensuring prioritisation takes place based on all available data sources, risk indicators and available resources. What will you be doing You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of effective controls against SOX Partnering with the existing Towers / Business Units that make up Product Technology, immersed within the new POD model You will have ownership of senior stakeholder relationships between CIO Team, Change, Engineering, Tech, Audit, CISO and Leads Owning relationships between Ops Rigour and Ops CCO functions and various forums and Triage sessions You will have responsibility for the delivery of remediation against issues, and co-ordination of impacting remediation programmes from consumed TCs Business Impacting LAM management, including pre-cert and re-certification of all profiles and users Supporting all owned / consumed Management forums as needed to drive initiatives Engaging constructively with the broader business teams to roll-out group-wide initiatives, drive synergies and contribute to colleague engagement What were looking for: Proven risk management experience within the technology or cyber industry Strong awareness of technology and technology resilience risks Proficient in operating and championing a control environment Experience developing and managing frameworks for consistent tracking Skills that will help you in the role Interpersonal skills with the ability to shape thinking of key people in multiple functional areas Proficient in technology and cyber risk management within a large organisation Technical qualifications, ISACA CRISC, CISA, CISM, CSX-P or equivalent Strong understanding of controls and the ability to identify and manage sensitive issues with appropriate care Where will you be working You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.
