Capacity Planning AnalystKnutsford As a Barclays Capacity Planning Analyst, you will be joining Operations Client Services team within Barclays Execution Service area. You will be instrumental in implementing the digitization agenda across Barclays Execution Services providing fulfilment Servicesto the frontline Businesses BUK and BI for bulk services. You will work in Operations Client Service which consists of 650 colleagues, who are responsible for providing overarching Day-to-Day, Channels, Implementation and Specialist Support services to CorporateBanking Client base. What will you be doing • Utilising data and evolving service offerings to develop and maintain an accurate volume and demand forecast for all teams within client services • Supporting delivery of capacity management modelling across teams through analysis of volume/processing data, working with Capacity and Planning Lead and stakeholders • Producing clear capacity reports and ad-hoc reports to inform and drive judgement • Generating accurate forecasts and modelling through Aspect Workforce Management • Generating staff schedules and liaising with business leads to ensure resource demand coverage is at optimum levels • Undertaking analysis to inform resource management and recruitment plans and delivering changes to models • Securing support of stakeholders through clear communication and acting as a subject matter expert What were looking for: • Advanced level of Excel skills to support effective analysis of volumes of data • High level of numerical skills to provide insight from complex data • Understanding and working knowledge of Tableau functionality and MS Visio • Experienced on stakeholder management Skills that will help you in the role:• Background and expertise in Statistical Modelling • Preferred experience of Capacity Management/Workforce Planning function and Aspect Where will you be workingThe Barclays Technology Campus, just outside Manchester, based in Knutsford, is our transatlantic tech command centre for information security in the UK.
