As a Barclays Information and Security Officer, youll join an exciting new venture within the Chief Information Security Office, this the main department in Global Security. Youll deliver the cyber security agenda & be accountable for security posturecommunication, driving security awareness in business, governance and reporting. What will you be doing Leading and managing multiple stakeholders within a complex matrix environment across multiple geographies Actively seeking ways to understand, mitigate or reduce risks, drawing on expert advice, risk assessment, and management reports Seeking ways to understand, mitigate or reduce risks, drawing on expert advice, risk assessment and management reports Managing risk management processes and tools as required Understanding cloud principles and security practices to support the digital agenda and evolution of cloud capabilities What were looking for: Good understanding of cyber security risk management with exposure to industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, CSA, PCI DSS, Mitre, OWASP Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills; ability to work with Executive committees, senior stakeholders and third party vendors Relevant information risk or project management qualifications e.g. CISA, CISSP, PRINCE2 Understanding of relevant regulatory environment and understanding and experience of cloud techologies Skills that will help you in the role: Broad knowledge and understanding of Cyber and Information Security Awareness of location specific regulatory and legislative requirements Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex and detailed topics to a wide variety of audiences Qualification in CISSP/CISA/CCSP/CCSK/GCSA Where will you be workingYou will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.
