My client is a high end residential building contractor based in Knutsford. Due to continued growth of the organisation they are recruiting this newly created role into their team, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is starting their careerin finance or for someone who wants flexibility of shorter hours to accommodate school drop off and pick up times. As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of transactional accounting duties as well as some office administration responsibilities. This will include processing purchase invoices onto the system, dealing with supplier queries, processingpayment runs and reconciling supplier statements and bank accounts. You will also assist with data entry and answering incoming office calls which all the team pitch in on due to it being a fairly small function. This role will suit someone who is either at the early stages of their career and has some office and finance experience who is looking to develop further, or someone who has the experience and is looking for slightly reduced hours in order to have the flexibilityof a shorter working day. The role is office based but flexibility on hours is most definitely available. The salary on offer is paying up to £25,000 dependant on experience with a benefits package that includes a generous holiday entitlement and flexibility on working hours.
