Role: 2nd Line Support EngineerLocation: KnutsfordSalary: £28,000 + Great Training Opportunities & Benefits**INTERVIEWING NOW - DO NOT MISS OUT**Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced IT professionals in a well-established and forward-thinking MSP based in Knutsford They are looking for a personable person to assist their clients, providing them with 2nd line support and getting involved in technical and complex projects.The Role:

  • Supporting the delivery of complex projects in the cloud & on-prem
  • Support colleagues with escalated issues from the helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot 2nd line issues
  • Actively contribute to maintaining and acquiring accreditations
    • Required Experience includes:
  • Connectwise
  • Windows Server 2008 through 2016
  • Windows OS 7 through 10
  • Active Directory, DNS
  • Office 365 & Azure
  • Virtualisation - VMware, HyperV
  • Networking - Firewalls, Switches, Routers etc
