It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doingAs a Night Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD or RGN), you will ensure people with physical disability, brain injury, neurological condition or learning disability conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. If you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, we can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.Things that you will have:•A relevant nursing qualification and registration•Strong team-working skills•A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach•A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate•A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practiceThe shift patterns include working nights 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week with the flexibility to work days.Where you will be workingLocation:Pathfelds Lodge 290 Station Road, Knuston, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN29 7EYJoin the team at Pathfields Lodge in providing supportive and therapeutic care for adults with a physical disability, brain injury, neurologicalcondition or learning disability. Within this specialist care home, the 24-hour on-site nursing team also supports individuals with additional physical health conditions.Pathfields is a homely and welcoming environment with several communal areas for socialisingas well as a large garden. Service users are actively encouraged to take part in a variety of activity programmes, which are aimed to increase independence in undertaking everyday tasks such as shopping, gardening, and budgeting.What you will get
