It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doingAs an experienced RN you will provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the nursing team at Pathfields Lodge and the new service. You will promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors.You will ensure that standards of resident care are always maintained within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation, working 37.5 hours per week, recognising the need for flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.As you work alongside team, you will provide exceptional support to the two distinct services providing specialist care and rehabilitation with a wide range of neurological needs. You will be working in an environment where there is an emphasis on teamwork.You will provide operational leadership in the delivery of highest quality nursing services.No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.There are career development opportunities, with a huge range of training that will help you grow and succeed.   • A relevant Nursing or HCPC qualification and registration with several years’ post qualification experience

Site InformationWhere you will be workingLocation: Pathfields Lodge, Station Road, Knuston, Irchester, NN29 7EYYou will be working alongside the clinical team at Pathfields Lodge and new service to care for people with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, complex care needs, often in conjunction with complex physical health needs.You will deliver truly person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do, at this specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of theresidents.Set in beautiful grounds within a small village, Pathfields Lodge is a care home providing care and support for residents, along with a brand new neurological service, opening in April 2023, within a tranquil setting.
