This is a generalist partnering role and will involve overseeing a certain arm of the business partnering with senior leaders and drivingthe business forward from a people perspective. The role involves working collaboratively with the wider HR team and autonomously ensuring the whole employee lifecycle is covered within your division.More about the role...

  • Partnering with Business Leaders to fully understand their remit, and to effectively support with all people related matter
  • Promote best practice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear way ensuring managers implement HR polices and practices
  • Work with line managers to identify key talent to retain and progress/up skill employees
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a high-performance culture measured against our company values in which people feel a sense of belonging and inspired to deliver in their role.
  • Carry out generalist duties within your HR role including ER case work and the whole employee life cycle
  • Adhoc duties across the team
