Job Description

HR Advisor - KnowsleySalary/benefits:

  • £34-38k
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • 35 hour working week - full time on site
  • Annual discretionary Bonus
Job Duties:
  • Providing full HR generalist support to managers and employees, leading on employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance.
  • Coaching managers in the areas of employee relations, policy and performance management .
  • Engaging in ad hoc HR project work as required by the HR Manager or HR Director and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices.

  • HR Manager
Ideal experience
  • CIPD level 5 qualified
  • Previous experience of working in a HR generalist capacity and advising / coaching senior leaders.
  • Experience of managing a demanding caseload, working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Substantial experience of handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
