Job Description

Are you looking for working with children Here is an opportunity for you to work as a Team Manager.The pay rate would be up to £40.24 per hour depending on your location and this may be negotiable.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, challenging health colleagues where necessary and ensuring the team work effectively and efficiently to progress discharges in a timely way, maintaining focus on the person at all times.
  • You will lead and manage a team, collectively working to ensure the well-being and safety of children and young people. Your ability to make challenging decisions at the front door is crucial, as it directly impacts the outcomes and future prospects ofthose you serve.
  • Collaboration with partners is a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with various agencies to promote good quality practice and achieve positive long-term outcomes for children and families.
Reed is now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.As an ideal candidate, you will be:
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Having minimum 2 years of experience working as Team Manager.
  • Able to drive and holds UK Driving License.
