Job Description

Having just gone through a recent rebrand, we are positioning ourselves as different from other accountancy firms.We are a consultative practice - fun, friendly and we work together as a true team! We work in partnership WITH our clients, offering a consultative and proactive approach to each business. Following the ongoing growth in recent years, we are looking foran experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.We work with entrepreneurs who have an appetite to growth their businesses and maximise their wealth, from multi-million pound corporations through to start-ups. Our services vary from offering ad-hoc finance director support, tax planning, forecasting andmanagement accounts through to the traditional and bookkeeping services. Can you work hard, make a difference and have a laugh The owners are faith-filled and ready to employ an Accountant who will truly be well looked after!We look to build in depth and personal relationships to truly understand our clients and therefore, people person would be best suited to this incredible role and chance to grow professionally & personally with a firm of truly lovely people.After integrating into the team in the office (culture is key for us) there will be potential hybrid working opportunities.Location : Warwickshire / SolihullResponsibilities

  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs
  • Preparing financial analyses and reporting
  • Revenue and expenditure
  • Monitoring budgets
  • Reconciliation
  • Annual audits
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Resolving account discrepancies
  • Supporting and training staff
Qualifications / Skillset
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in a similar accounting role
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • AAT / ACA / ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong financial skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Management / Leadership skills
  • IT Literate
  • Knowledge of Quick Books/ Xero / Sage / cloud software
  • People person
Salary / Benefits
  • Salary; 38,000 to 48,000 negotiable depending on experience
