Providing one-on-one assistance to KS4 students with SEMH needs in small classes.
Recognising a variety of additional needs well
working as a teaching assistant and behaviour mentor
Participating in initiatives that benefit the entire school and make learning enjoyable for the students.
Removing communication obstacles and controlling behaviour.
