Job Description

Role: Sales Executive Contract: PermanentLocation: Knowle Solihull B93 and some home workingSalary: £25,000 + uncapped monthly commissionWe are exclusively supporting a client to recruit an experienced Sales Executive into a financially rewarding role on behalf of a well-known brand who are looking to add to their customer sales team. The focus for the Sales Executive role will be to predominatelymanage a portfolio of existing warm customers to process resales as well as convert new prospect clients. This is a warm B2B sales desk whereby you will be responsible for managing your own time to deliver results and receive uncapped commission. This is afantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven sales professional who is motivated financially by targets! This is a family friendly working environment with working hours of 9am until 4pm. They are ideally looking for someone to work 4 days a week withthe basic salary being £25,000 for those 4 days, they would consider someone full time 5 days a week.Role and responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing a portfolio of existing and prospect customers to promote a value-add service to their business
  • Generate sales and increase customer growth through effective relationship building over the phone predominately, email and text message
  • Closely manage and proactively engage with an existing customer base to upsell / cross sell opportunities and increase customer retention
  • Make outbound calls to identify new sales opportunities from new and existing customers
  • Manage your day in your own way to deliver results as required by the business and achieve weekly targets
  • Send marketing information to prospect customers highlighting different products and costs
  • Provide quotes to new and existing customers as well as taking deposit payments
  • Source new leads from referrals, local and internet research
  • Confidently handle objections in a positive manner
  • Adhoc attendance of face-to-face meetings with customers to better understand customers business needs
  • Responsible for accurately recording data and leads in their Zoho CRM system
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven work history working in Sales, Account Management, Recruitment, Field Sales or Telesales is essential
  • Motivated mindset with the natural ability to build long term relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Confident, organised and proactive approach
  • Passionate, driven and financial motivated
  • Strong negotiator and objection handling skills
