Job Title: Mortgage Adviser (employed)Industry: MortgagesLocation: SolihullSalary: £24,000 plus 20% of billingsJob Reference: 7562Are you looking for an employed mortgage advice role with leadsRecruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a mortgage adviser to join a well-established mortgage advice firm based in Solihull.This firm is looking to take on a new adviser due a consistently high volume of leads - more than they are able to deal with!There is strong, stable earning potential with this firm, offering 20% on all banked business (no threshold) on top of the basic. All leads and admin support are provided, to ensure you are able to focus on doing what you do best - writing business.Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £24,000
  • Generous commission structure (20% on all banked business)
  • All leads provided
  • Admin support
  • No weekend/evening working!
  • Generous holiday allowance
Skills and experience required:
  • Minimum 12 months experience giving mortgage advice
  • Drive to want to write strong levels of business using leads provided
  • Experience with PRIMIS is desirable but not essential7562
