This brokerage is part of a larger property firm, with a dedicated estate agency team passing hot leads through to advisers.This firm is friendly and relaxed, yet professional and client-centric in their work.Benefits:

£24k basic salary
20% commission on banked business, paid monthly
Hot leads provided through estate agency
Office based
Admin support
No weekend/evening working!
Generous holiday allowance

Skills and experience required:

CeMAP (or equivalent) and CAS status
New build experience or experience with PRIMIS (desired)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience giving mortgage advice
