We are looking to add to our amazing team of carers working in the Solihull borough. We employ the best carers about so in recognition of this we pay higher than average rates within our sector with week days starting at £10.30 rising to £11.45 at the weekend.We also pay 30p per mile for work related travel.Our mission is to assist people, affected by illness or disability who choose to remain living in their own homes, with all aspects of daily living. Our team members are compassionate, professional individuals with positive attitudes , big smiles and flexibleapproaches .Every call needs something different from your skill set and there is no such thing as routine. We are a small, privately owned care business where everyones contributionis highly valued.Our Home Care Assistant posts are from a few hours a week to full time. We can offer work at any time of the 24 hours but you must be available for a minimum of a four hour shift in the day and nights are 9 hours long. We also expect everyone to contributeto the unsociable part of our work so if you are looking for 9-5 on week days this is not for you.What you will need
