Job Description

Kneesworth House is a 155 bed mental health hospital situated in Cambridgeshire (on the borders of Hertfordshire) with good commuting access to / from London. The hospital has a full pathway of care including medium secure, low secure, locked rehabiltation and open recovery wards situated across the site.The postholder will be based initially on Bourn Ward which is a 12 bedded Acute Female Service with 24/7 provision.To provide clinical care and leadership of the nursing and multidisciplinary teams, this includes visibility and role modelling to the nursing team. The post holder will have responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
