The hospital has a full pathway of care including medium, low secure, locked rehabiltation and open recovery wards situated across the site.To provide support to the Nursing and wider MDTs in ensuring the patients in the defined area have their physical healthcare nursing needs identified, care planned and evaluated in accordance with best practice and clinical evidenceProvide advice and support to colleagues at the site regarding physical healthcare needs in general terms; this includes Infection control, screening programmes and site specific requirements, depending on the clinical specialityBe the site lead for Infection Prevention and ControlDivision DBS info About us As one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services to adults and young people, Priory Group promise a challenging and fulfilling career with the support of a world class organisation willing to invest in your development.Across our network of hospitals, residential care homes, education facilities and supported living services, we are making a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people we support.
