Are you an outstanding and passionate Lighting Technician This successful Production Agency believes in providing outstanding experiences and creative events, they do this by providing world-class service, great creative insight and unrivaled attention to detail. To support this, they have a very talented Technical Team and they are now looking to add you as their Lighting Technician.The RoleThe role will provide you with a good level of autonomy, teamwork, creativity, sprinkled with a dash of mentorship and leadership. Working from their Hertfordshire base you will ensure that the company’s inventory of lighting and rigging kit plus associated consumables are in tip-top condition ready for a diverse range of projects.You will have an impact on each event by providing the project team with designs, amending schematics, being a technical sounding board for advice, kit lists, and best practice as well as assisting, and leading various onsite activities such as rigging, equipment operation( this wouldn’t be limited to lighting) and managing local crew.About You
