Job Description

Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional with experience of leading successful teams and looking for a changeThen this might be the job for you!Due to the continued and exciting growth of one of our clients we are currently recruiting for a Sales Lead for their growing team. Based in Knaresborough, Harrogate.You will be managing between 7-12 Account Managers. Motivating and leading them to be the most successful version of themselves.Salary is £44k plus monthly uncapped commission OTE around 65k plus company profit share. Working Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30pm with an hour for lunch. This role is office based.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head of Sales, you will support a team of up to 12 client account managers to help them achieve their individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Using your natural coaching and mentoring skills to motivate your team to consistently deliver the best value to clients, whilst all the time offering a 5-star client experience to drive customer retention and referral opportunities.
  • Coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques to achieve KPIs.
  • As they are regulated by the FCA, you will need to be comfortable in ensuring the compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures both from your account management team and the wider business.
Experience required:
  • A proven and demonstrable track record in a Sales Management, Senior Account Manager/ Team Leader or similar role.
  • Experience of overseeing a team working to a structured sales process, preferably within a regulated environment.
  • An understanding of car finance options and/or specialist automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Drive to achieve KPI’s and SLA’s.
