Job Description

SALES ADMINISTRATORA brilliant opportunity for an detail orientated administrator to join our client based in Knaresborough. The role of Sales Administrator is to support the organisation and running of the sales operation with producing quotations and sales order processing.The company has strong ethical values and a first-class approach to customer service and is looking for someone who shares these values.The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8.3017.00, starting salary £23,500 plus excellent benefits rising to £24,000 after 3 months.Responsibilities include

  • Providing a high level of customer service both over the phone and face to face
  • Sales order processing using Sage Line 50
  • Following up quotation, proforma invoices and sample requests
  • Dealing with queries and problem solving appropriately
  • Keeping customer records up to date
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining trusted relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
