The VacancyOur marketing department provide integrated digital and marketing services to our large member network of independent insurance brokers. We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.You will work closely with the Digital Manager to build good relationships with our large member base, being the go-to person for digital enquiries and digital marketing improvement which encompasses UI and UX amends, advice on SEO, digital marketing andgeneral digital queries.Deadline driven and able to spot problems before they arise, you will push work through with drive and initiative, that sticks to our tight production schedule.Key Role Accountabilities (Senior Manager responsibilities to be specifically detailed):One of your main deliverables is managing the website process and builds. These are based on our selection of custom-built Wordpress templates. This involves collaboration with the copywriters and designers to ensure unique, user-friendly sites are createdthat adhere to best practices for SEO, UI UX and readability.You will project manage landing pages, microsites, and manage the full pipeline of a website build. This will be from briefing, through to the technical nuances of making a site live. You will need strong attention to detail, and adhere to our processesfor compliance. You will also build a customers profile with digital marketing strategies that align with our marketing proposition.As the in-house Wordpress expert, you will deliver Wordpress webinars, tutorials, and other innovate ways to ensure digital marketing knowledge is disseminated through our intranet Portal. You will also drive sign ups to our Wordpress training webinars,and promote this through other members of the team.Qualifications & Experience:Mandatory:

• Wordpress expert with at least three years experience
• Digital marketing experience managing multiple projects
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Deadline driven and able to push work through with initiative
• A passion for digital marketing, and new developments in UI/UX and SEO
• Google analytics knowledge, with experience in custom reporting and dashboards
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive and a self-starter
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Observe and follow processes and systems already established within the team

Desired:

• Some experience with SEO/PPC
• Knowledge of Hive, Trello or other project management tools
• Experience in providing training, webinars or tutorials
• Knowledge and ability to implement HTML
• Knowledge and ability to implement other coding languages

Person Specification:

• A self-starter, you will use your strong digital marketing acumen to help our members make the most of their digital presence, and give strategic suggestions for them to optimise and improve their website.
• You will be able to handle multiple projects at once and juggle your time according to priorities.
• With exceptional customer service skills, you can handle queries from members who may have anything from beginners to advanced digital knowledge with patience and empathy.
• You can work well in a team, helping other colleagues with projects and coming together to share creative ideas.
• Open to trying new things, you are excited to explore new technologies and are open to change.
• With great attention to detail, you can spot errors in websites, carefully check different devices for differences in how a website displays, and follow set processes thoroughly.
