* Monday - Friday position* Successful local businessDue to continued growth our client is looking for a Customer Care Executive based in Knaresborough to join their friendly and supportive team. You will have previous experience within a customer service position with the ability to build rapport and deal withconfidential information all while providing a first class service at all times.As the successful Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: * Handing both incoming and outbound calls from customers.* Operating within an FCA regulated environment, following set processes and procedures.* Dealing with enquires, renewals and quotations.* Logging all information on internal systems and keeping up to date.* Build your knowledge of the products and services on offer.Skills: * Previous experience within a Customer Service position.* Ability to build rapport over the phone with proven listening and strong communication skills.* Positive attitude and self-motivated.* IT literate and confident with MS Office.You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £23,000 per annum along with an annual bonus.
