Job Description

Do you have a passion for the luxury car industry and have previous car sales experienceThen this might be the job for you!One of our high-end clients are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive for their dealership based in Knaresborough, Harrogate.Salary is £25k with an OTE of up to 70k. Working Monday to Friday 9-6pm with an hour for lunch.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work to targets of vehicles sales per calendar month and create the requisite amount of income for the business.
  • Accurate lead management and reporting, regular follow up and reporting to management on developments.
  • Relationship building with clients, existing and previous customers.
  • Accurate vehicle appraisal and reappraisal on handover.
  • Rapport building, appraisal and negotiation.
  • Gain trade underwrites for part exchanges management deem unfit for retail at Lawton Brook.
  • Liaise with finance account managers and supply relevant details to maximise company profit and streamline process.
  • Ensure that leads are followed up in a timely manner and are dealt with professionally.
  • Plan preparation of part exchanges or vehicles bought for retail. Ensure that vehicles are prepped in a timely fashion and are professionally advertised.
  • Deal with customer complaints with the aid of Management to bring a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Ensure that at every opportunity, online reviews are gained from customers to maximise online exposure and foster confidence for customers.
  • Ensure customer messages are effectively managed and passed to colleagues.
  • Participation in training, internal and external to develop staff, ability and confidence.
Experience required:
  • Highly presentable with a knowledge of the luxury car industry.
  • Professionalism, integrity and unparalleled customer service at all times when representing the company by email, telephone or in person.
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written communication.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
  • Full, clean British driving licence.
