Assistant Accountant required for an up to 3 month assignment. Company is based in Knaresborough but remote / hybrid working an option. Immediate start available.This company provided thousands of environment improvement products to retail and professional markets, they have 18 sites, employing over 800 staff.Assistant Accountant requirements:Experience of Puchase Ledger and General LedgerKnowledge of Journal Posting GRNI - Goods Received Not InvoicedThis Assistant Accountant role will involve tidying up historic purchase ledger accounts and postings. They need the Assistant Accountant to understand the impact of the posting that they are making, someone who enjoys being investigative, and wants to resolveproblems.To succeed in this role you will be in, or have experience of, a similar role, qualified or studying towards an Accountancy qualification with a strong background in purchase ledger within a fast-paced working environment.
