PPRUK are now working closely with an Independent Pharmacy group who have over 20 branches across mainly the Home Counties. They are growing exponentially and investing in automation as well as other modern technologies throughout the pharmacy sector. They are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join them on a Permanent basis in their community branch in Woking, Surrey (Monday - Friday only!)The ideal candidate for this role would be a Pharmacist Manager with the passion to increase item numbers and drive services in the branch. The Pharmacy is operating smoothly but would benefit from and enthusiastic Manger who would like to build on that.Our client believes in investing in their Pharmacists. As a Pharmacist Manger you will be given the autonomy to run your own branch with support if you require.Position: Pharmacist Manager (Independent Pharmacy)Location: Woking, Surrey Days: Monday - Friday only (No weekends) Salary: £20 - £21.50 an hour Hours: 42.5 per week Items: 5,500 - 6,500· Busy retail/counter shop · Relationships with patients and customers are important· Staffed with 2 full time dispensers and 1 full time counter assistant· No pre-reg· Growth potential is there, especially with dossets· Free parking on the side street· Open to Saturdays - currently covered by locum· Lunch is Paid through · 4 weeks holidays · Annual bonus based on service outputTo apply for this position, you must be a qualified Pharmacist who is registered with the GPhC in the UKIf this role is not suitable for you, then perhaps you have a colleague who would be interested.
