Job Description

Marketing AssistantContract until April 2021Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant, they would consider someone on a full or part time basis.Duties will include:

  • Manage newsletters, publications and marketing literature.
  • Plan and manage a programme of events.
  • Plan advertising campaigns, buy media and create appropriate content.
  • PR plans and identify PR opportunities.
  • Marketing plans and reporting progress, results, activity and plans.
  • Create and manage a programme of communications and publications.
  • Digital media (including the website and social media) strategy.
  • Social media – inlcuding Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage the Marketing budget
  • Relationship building with suppliers, clients, exhibitors and media
  • Internal reporting and presentations
  • Website content management.
  • Advertising
  • Manage artwork and production of banners etc
  • E-mail marketing strategy and plan
