Our client, a private members golf club in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Woking are currently looking for a Duty Manager to enhance their team in the clubhouse.We are looking for a friendly, driven & passionate individual with excellent customer service skills to join an experienced team.You will be working with the Clubhouse Manager to assist with the day to day functions of the bar & catering facilities in this busy private members club.Duty Manager Duties/Responsibilities:To undertake all regular tasks and duties of a Duty Manager under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager including but not limited to:*Assisting with the daily smooth running of the bar, restaurant & function room*Providing an efficient courteous service*Ensuring that all opening and closing procedures of the Clubhouse are adhered to and maintaining strict security of the Clubhouse*Supervising & training staff*Preparing and managing functions*Cash handling*Line cleaning*Cellar & stock management*Food preparationThe salaried position is for a 40 hour week and dependent on the business will be a mixture of weekday, weekend and evening hours.Previous experience in Food & Beverage is essential.
