An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Outpatient Team Leader within the Health Records Outpatient Department. Working 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday you will be required to cover Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy, Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline, Adamson Hospital Cupar and St Andrews Community Hospital St Andrews.Significant Admin / Clerical / Supervisory experience in a Health Records department is essential. You must have the ability to prioritise and deal with the day to day workload in a busy environment and have an excellent knowledge of Patient Pathway, RTT and Waiting Times Standards. Experience in I.T. packages including Excel and Trakcare are essential.Candidates should be educated to Degree Level (or equivalent experience). You must be able to give instruction clearly and effectively. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent organisational & listening skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to working.
