The service is managed by Scottish Autism and funded by Fifes Health and Social Care partnership.This postwill involve working with the One Stop Shop Service Manager to ensure the delivery of a range of information,adviceand post diagnostic support services for people with autism, families, carers and interested professionals.In this role youwillpromote awareness andunderstanding of the needs of autistic individualsacross the spectrum among professionals and the wider community. You will berequiredtomaintain relevant resources that are accessible and available to One StopShop users andidentifygapsin any information resources and formulate actions to ensure the needs are met.You will deliver andfacilitate a range of programmes to individuals, families and professionalsas directed by the One Stop ShopServiceManager.The successful candidate will havea degree level qualification in health, education or social careorother relevant qualification,along withextensiveknowledge andexperienceofsupportingindividualsacross the autistic spectrum.The ability to demonstratea sound understanding of ASD and related issues are essential to this post. You will have good communication skills and be highly organised.
