Do you have experience of supporting and enhancing a customer relationship management (CRM) system Are you keen to play a role in the development of new business engagement opportunities for the University You will support the University’s business engagement activities through delivering against requirements agreed with senior management and colleagues in the Research & Innovation Service (RIS) team, and undertaking analysis of market-leading business databases and supporting the growing usage of the recently introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).You will have a background in CRM, database analysis and end user support, specifically creating queries, developing reports, providing user training, analysing company data and undertaking configuration changes to enhance the functionality of the CRM system. As the focal point for CRM within the Research & Innovation Service you will support users and act as the interface with IT and our CRM vendor for issue resolution and technical development. You will also be able to build productive collaborative relationships and be committed to undertaking continuous professional development to maintain and build your skills and knowledge.The University has placed innovation and impact as a key objective in an ambitious institutional strategy. As a member of the Nexus team within the Research & Innovation Service you will play a role in supporting the senior management team and research and development colleagues to identify and track new business engagement opportunities in one of the largest research intensive universities in the UK.Please note: It is possible to be appointed to this role at University of Leeds grade 6 or grade 7 depending on experience. If you are appointed at grade 6 a training plan of up to three years will be developed to support a move to grade 7 by the end of the role (which is dependent on funding availability for the subsequent role).Your application - The criteria for this role is laid out in three sections.
