A leading supplier of elderly residential care with a CQC rating of GOOD is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their already established successful team. You will join them on a full-time basis and work the night rota, 8PM TO 8AM. As a senior with a minimum of 2 years` experience within elderly residential care, you will be required to shift lead, administer medication and generally oversee the staff team at all times.A dedicated and experienced senior with enthusiasm to deliver the best care possible, you will be competent in leading a staff team, delegating tasks effectively, ensuring that all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that all care delivered promoteschoice, dignity and independence.To be successful in your application for this senior role, you must * Hold the NVQ LEVEL 3 Health and Social Care (Adults) * Have at least 2 years senior experience within residential care * Have a proven background in ELDERLY careIn return you will receive a highly competitive salary of pro rota of £25,618 continued training and development, and genuine career progression opportunities.
